Delivery (Article 7 of the CGU/CGV)

The delivery of the Products will take place, after registration of the payment of the Order, to the delivery address indicated by the CLIENT during the placing of the Order. An e-mail will be sent to the CUSTOMER to inform of the shipment of the Products.

The method of delivery as well as the shipping costs are calculated by poppy and ladybug according to the Type of the product, the Size, the Weight of the package and the Place of destination.

Delivery times are only given as an indication, if they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the Customer reimbursed.

MAIL FOLLOWING EUROPE For countries of the European Union and Switzerland : 2.99€ up to 12.99€ Deadlines 15 to 20 working days, to the address of your choice.

FOLLOW THE MAIL INTERNATIONAL For DOM-TOM countries and the world : 8.99€ up to 18.99€ Deadlines 20 to 30 working days, to the address of your choice.

The parcel is distributed with or without acknowledgment of receipt, depending on the price and destination of the order.

In case of absence, a notice of pending is left in your mailbox.
At any time, you can track your shipments by indicating your parcel numbers.
